Terms of Service!

GENERAL

  • Payment will be done in buymeacoffee or Artistree in USD.

  • Please credit me when posting the order publicly. (@/hartruen)

  • Sharing WIPs AND CONCEPT SKETCHES publicly is prohibited.

  • Please be active in communication and feedback. Delays in replies can happen due to different timezones.

  • USAGE IN NFTs/AI DATABASES IS FOPRBIDDEN.

PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

  • Order will not be started till payment is made. Full is preferred but payment plans can be arranged.

  • Depending on the request, the price can vary from the base price.

  • Full refunds will be arranged if work hasnt started yet. Otherwise, partial refunds will be made upon request.

UPDATES & REVISIONS

  • Updates will be sent every 2-3 days

  • You're allowed for unlimited revisions but once the work has reached a certain stage, major changes will not be allowed.

  • One day will be given to report any changes.

DEADLINES & DELIVERY

  • A rough TAT will be provided where updates will be sent regularly

  • Queue arranged in order of whose deadlines are first, so let me know of urgencies

  • Final delivery via Google Drive

  • Can be used privately and commercially, with merchandising please discuss with me prior.
