The client receives exclusive, non-transferable usage rights to the work for personal use.

Here personal use means: display on social media accounts for promotional purposes with no direct monetization, such as profile pictures, banners, and posts; print and framing in personal spaces; display as part of designs on websites and channels, excluding use in content of these websites or channels. Signed versions of the work should be used for such purposes along with proper credit.

For commercial usage, commercial fees may need to be paid if the completed order is meant to be used for advertising, merchandise (book covers, digital goods), posting on paid sites like Patreon/Fansly. For reference sheets and PNGtubers, the commercial usage is already included in the pricing.

Order will not be started till payment is made. Full is preferred but payment plans can be arranged.

Depending on the request, the price can vary from the base price.

Full refunds will be arranged if work hasnt started yet. Otherwise, partial refunds will be made upon discussion and depending on how much work had been done.

For regulars, I will try to offer discounts, however please note this is not always possible so I apologize.

Updates will be sent every 2-3 days

You're allowed for unlimited revisions but once the work has reached a certain stage, major changes will not be allowed.

One day will be given to report any changes.

AI references will not be accepted. Aside from ethics, its difficult to interpret and sets unrealistic expectations.

Moodboards/documents (docs/pdf) with both visual and written references work.

Other refs include Picrews/game screenshots/Pinterest boards.

Each service has its own turn around time (TAT). Upon contact, a rough TAT will be provided where updates will be sent regularly

Queue arranged in order of whose deadlines are first, so let me know of urgencies

Final delivery via Vgen or Google Drive
